Terms of Service

The Service is for authorized business users of a licensed real estate brokerage. Access is by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and rules, including real estate licensing regulations, MLS/IDX rules, and anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when you send communications through the Service. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with its operation.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data and communications you manage through the Service.

The Service incorporates third-party and public-records data, including MLS/IDX listings and licensing information, which is provided “as is” and subject to the originating source’s rules and accuracy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service does not provide legal, tax, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
